more information...Think of Fivesuite as being like Windows. Both are frameworks that contain applications (we call them Objects). Windows contains Objects like Word and PowerPoint, Fivesuite contains Objects like Image Libraries and Audit Trails. So, just like Windows, Fivesuite is your interface with key applications.
Standard objects include things like our Free Style Editor Object, which allows you to change and modify pages. Another is the Document Library Object which allows you to store all manner of different document types such as PDFs, Word, Excel and CAD files.
Because no two companies are the same, Fivesuite allows you to design and develop your own custom objects at very low cost, all under the control of the Fivesuite interface.
For example we have introduced a PR Object. This means every time a news story is published in Fivesuite, it can automatically be sent to pre-designated contacts within trade journals and publications, including high resolution pictures ready to go to print.
Another example is the Integration Object. This allows orders from the eCommerce Shopping Cart Object to flow directly into your legacy mainframe accounting system, without any user intervention.
Smart Objects
Smart Objects are hardware devices that can also be controlled by the Fivesuite
Interface.
Just think how tiny microprocessors, sensors and tags are being used tagging
everything from airport luggage to supermarket foodstuffs, from pets to household
appliances, car engines and mobile phones. RFID tags combine chips with wireless
communications to identify and track products, shipping containers and other
objects, all in real time.
As a real world example, one of our customers discovered that from 3.30 pm onwards each day 80% of the customer calls received were to enquire if ordered products had been shipped. As a result, we designed a SMS Object which automatically sends an SMS message to the customers mobile phone the moment goods are booked for shipping.

The object manages all images within the website. With appropriate permissions,
images can easily be uploaded, selected and used throughout the system. Even
images not currently in use can be stored for future deployment.
Best of all, you will no longer have to worry about image optimisation or
sizing because Fivesuite automatically does this for you, on the fly.
Freestyle Content Manager Object
This object is the liberating element that lets you use your own creativity
in presenting content. New subsections, pages and paragraphs can be selected
at will and images merged from the library as you go. At the touch of a
button, sections can be turned on or offline.
Audit Trail Object
Every content change that takes place is recorded by this ever vigilant object
who made the change, when and under whos authorization. Our audit trail covers
your legal requirements and provides a useful internal tool for reviewing past
changes.
News Manager and News Archive Object
This object will communicate the latest news items and events, while building
a categorised archive of your news (invaluable for search engine optimization).
News stories can be used throughout the system and this object will tell you
how many times each News story has been read.
FAQ Section Object
The Frequently Asked Questions section makes sure that visitors to your
site are getting the information they need, reducing the volume of calls
to customer services.
Table Builder Object
The Table Builder Object allows for tabular information to be displayed and
edited. Be assured, tables will always be compliant with accessibility
guidelines. As well as providing column and row headings, the Table Builder
will allow for links elsewhere in the Smart Systems website.
Document Manager Object
The Document Manager Object handles the upload and display of all documents
featured on the site. The Library Create stores a wealth of file types
including PDFs, CAD files and Microsoft Word & Excel documents.
Product Catalogue Object

catalogue system that fully supports facetted or guided navigation, keeping

Registered Users Object

Permissions Object
Fivesuite has three basic types of user.
- A contributor (who could be a secretary, sales staff, an agency or someone working from home) can add content they are unable to publish to the live site.
- A publisher can also add content, plus the ability to authorize all content produced by contributors before the content is published.
- An administrator can do all of the above in addition to being able to delete content and add new users.
The permission object allows you, easily and quickly, to set up your users and allocate them appropriate permissions.
Syndication Object
This object allows you to receive and export content feeds in various formats
to support social networking, affiliate and partner relationships. RSS feeds,
XML feeds and Web Services made simple.
Virtual HTML Object
This unique object is extremely valuable. Most content management systems
output content in active server pages (ASP pages) - which are invisible
to many search engines!
Fivesuite on-the-fly uses ASP to draw the information, but it then cleverly converts the page to an HTML format that search engines love.
Reporting Object
This object integrates into Google Analytics, giving you digital eyes and
ears to track who is visiting your website and how they use it. A

This object polices the system to ensure brand consistency. When a contributor
adds content, an email is automatically sent to their publisher. The publisher
can then view changes in an off-line area for approval. All changes are highlighted,

and eliminating the possibility of changes being overlooked.
Keyword Object
It is common knowledge that 95% of people simply scan web pages, rather that
reading entire content. Instinctively, they seek out key words within the
text, stopping to dwell on content when there is a topic they see as hot.
The Fivesuite Keyword Object allows you to embed suitable highlighted key
words within your web pages, linking them to more in-depth information pages,
pop ups or external links funneling visitors to pages that they will find
