Using our content management system, Fivesuite, Proinstall manage their entire website. It ticks all the accessibility boxes, and provides several interesting functions including an online community for their installation engineers and an engineer validation service for their customers.

Having agreed the initial layout and being handed the site to populate I must admit to being nervous having never carried out any web work before. However after a very brief training session, which was conducted over the telephone, I quickly grasped the concepts and found the tool incredibly intuitive and simple to use. In addition the controls put in place by Fivesite ensured that the site did not end up with a jumble of colours and fonts. The final result was that all images were correctly sized and that the entire site adopted a corporate uniformity, which gives a professional and structured appearance.
Since going live we have updated the site many times and the speed and ease which we can do this demonstrates the real value of the Fivesuite tool, which of course provides ProInstall with a competitive advantage that our competition cannot match.
