Digital Account Manager

As part of its continued growth and development, we are looking to recruit a Digital Account Manager. You will be responsible for proactively managing a portfolio of clients for whom the company develops supports and maintains its online web solutions.

This is a varied role with a range of activities, from building relationships and presenting solutions, to supporting with planning projects and liaising with the design/development team to deliver solutions. As such, you should be flexible, enthusiastic and motivated, with excellent communication skills.

Key responsibilities /

• Managing a portfolio of accounts, fielding all queries and requests.
• Supporting the Production Manager with projects.
• Ensuring that production has the relevant and accurate information from sales, in order to commence projects.
• Supporting the Business Development Managers, ensuring sales targets are achieved.
• Attending client meetings and maintaining good relationships with existing accounts.
• Writing effective project proposals.
• Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities with existing clients.
• Identifying client needs and maintain a good understanding of their business strategies.

You will need to have /

• Good spoken and written communications skills.
• Digital account management experience.
• Confidence.
• Good presentation and negotiating skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to deal at all levels from varying departments.

• Responsible for taking the brief and building the most effective, innovative website for clients.
• To provide development solutions to all website problems or work with others to come to suitable outcomes.
• To ensure what's developed is in line with clients expectations.
• To provide a suitable solution in order to get sales teams and developers working more efficiently together.
• To manage your time adequately to ensure 3 / 4 projects are being worked on at any one time.
